Nothing beats simplicity:

1. Membership is FREE, but you must be over 18 years of age. Communication will always be via email.

2. One membership per person is allowed. In the event of a win, the bank account details provided for the transfer must be in the name of the member.

3. The bank account to receive the money must be a Euro account. Wise Bank offers Euro accounts with EU-issued IBANs. You can then convert to any currency from that. 

4. Membership is confirmed once you start receiving and reading our emails. You then automatically become an active* member. Results published by Primitiva before your membership starts are classed as prior results as far as membership is concerned.

5. Membership has no expiry date. If you wish to cancel your membership, you can unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.

6. Our ticket must match the jackpot (6 main numbers and the R number, which we call the lucky number) to initiate the claim process for a win.

7. Each active* member will be invited by email to claim one share if a winning ticket is drawn.

8. Membership will be limited to 5000 active* members. Once we reach 5000 active* members, the signup form will switch to Members 2, and we will show a second set of AI numbers on the site each week with a ticket purchased to match. We will then inform all current members that their subscription is to be transferred to Members 1 and the ticket allocated to their membership. 

9. All members have 30 days from the date of the draw to submit a claim. If we do not receive a response after notifying you by email of a win, we will resend the notification five times, each five days apart.

10. If a claim for a win is not received from a member after five emails, the right to a share of the jackpot will expire.

11. After 30 days, members who successfully claim will be informed of the amount and paid by bank transfer.

12. Inactive members will be contacted by email to confirm they wish to remain members after 5 weeks of inactivity. 

*Active as in reading the weekly emails.
